ABOUT ME​

​

I am originally from Wellington, New Zealand~ Aotearoa. Ko Te Awa Kairangi ahau. 

​

​I am a Registered Social Worker and Trained Counsellor, Facilitator, Educator and Trainer. 

​

I have worked in a diverse range of fields such as - child protection, family and sexual harm, youth, and mental health.

​

I have over 25 years of experience supporting people through life crises, trauma, grief, transitions, mental health, anxiety, depression, abuse recovery, and relationship challenges.

 

Alongside this, I am an intuitive healer offering a human centred approach to recovery. 

I have spent a great deal of time in India off and on for the past 30 years. I married there and my daughter was born in Delhi.  I worked across India, led tours and managed the India region for a well known tour company.

My life experiences, alongside my training have allowed me to take a balanced approach to supporting people to find ways of wellbeing and recovery. .Each person's journey is individual, and what works for one person may not work for the other.  

​

If you prefer a more spiritual approach, I can offer intuitive energy readings and  healings.

I provide a safe, confidential and inclusive space to all regardless of your background, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, age. ​

Currently, sessions are held via online video platform.

​​​​

I offer an introductory free 15 minutes on the first session for new clients to determine if we are a good fit.

​

Only ever take what resonates, my only intention is purely for you to have a good quality of life.
